Exchange: You are allowed 1 exchange per product on www.mymixxi.com. Conditions of garnishes must be brand new and unworn. Garnishes will be sent back to you if those conditions are not met. Please email us your request to exchange within 14 days of  purchase.

Remember to include the following in all emails to us regarding your order(s):

• order number
• item number
• e-mail address
• name & phone number

Return: All sales are final. Purchased items cannot be returned for credit or refund. We apologize for any inconveniences.

If you receive a defective garnish we will replace it at no additional charge. Please email us your request for the replacement within 14 days of purchase. If the item you request is discontinued or out of stock please choose another item with the same value for the replacement.
